Amelia’s House – Booking Policy
At Amelia’s House, we aim to provide a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for all our guests. Please review our booking policy below before making a reservation.
Reservations
• All bookings are subject to availability
• Tables are held for a maximum of 15 minutes from the booking time
• Late arrivals may result in the table being released
Seating Duration
• Tables are allocated for a maximum of 2 hours during peak times (Friday–Sunday, 6:00pm – 11:00pm)
• For extended bookings or special events, please contact us directly
Minimum Spend
• A £40 minimum spend per person applies during peak hours (Friday–Sunday, 6:00pm – 11:00pm)
• This can be used across food and drinks
• Minimum spend may vary for large groups, daytime bookings, or private hire
Deposits
• A £10 deposit per person is required for large group bookings
• Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received
• Deposits are deducted from the final bill
Cancellations & Amendments
• Cancellations or changes must be made at least 72 hours in advance
• Deposits are non-refundable within 72 hours of the booking
• No-shows will result in loss of deposit
Large Group Bookings
• A pre-order is required 24 hours in advance
• A 10% service charge will be added to the final bill
• A maximum of 2 payment methods per table may be accepted
Private Hire
• Exclusive hire is available upon request and subject to minimum spend requirements
• Standard bookings do not constitute private hire
• The venue remains open to other guests unless explicitly agreed
Service & Conduct
• A 10% discretionary service charge applies to group bookings
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service
• Any damage to property will be chargeable
• Any form of abusive behaviour towards staff will not be tolerated
Important Information
• Guests may be required to show valid photo ID
• Amelia’s House is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings
